Information we collect
When you sign in with Discord or use the bot, Fluxity may process:
- your Discord user ID, username and avatar;
- the servers you can manage, including server, channel and role identifiers;
- module settings, message templates and other configuration you submit;
- bot activity such as XP, giveaways, tickets, counters, audit events and server backups;
- session tokens, security records and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.
We do not ask for your Discord password or payment-card information.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, confirm that you can manage a server, run the bot features you enable, save your configuration, prevent abuse and troubleshoot reliability or security incidents.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in securing and improving Fluxity, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically requested.
Retention and deletion
Sessions expire or are removed when you log out. Server configuration and bot records are retained while needed to provide Fluxity, maintain security and resolve disputes. Rotating backups may persist for a limited period after live data changes. You can remove the bot to stop new collection and request deletion of associated data.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted session cookies and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so server owners should grant Fluxity only the Discord permissions its enabled features require.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your Discord identity before acting on a request.
Age requirements
Fluxity is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. If you believe a child provided personal information contrary to these requirements, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
Contact and changes
Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted to the Fluxity operator through the official support channels provided with the service. We may update this policy as Fluxity changes. Material updates will be identified by a new date at the top of this page.
