Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Fluxity Discord bot, dashboard and related services. By inviting the bot, signing in or using Fluxity, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Fluxity for an organisation or community, you confirm that you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.
Eligibility and access
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and follow Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines. Dashboard access is limited to servers where Discord reports that you have appropriate management permissions. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
The service
Fluxity provides server-management features including messages, moderation utilities, tickets, levels, giveaways, backups, creator alerts and music. Features may change, be limited or be discontinued as the service evolves. Some functionality depends on Discord and other third-party platforms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your server configuration, commands, message templates, backups and the permissions granted to Fluxity. You must ensure that your use complies with applicable law and that your community receives any notices or consents you are required to provide.
Review destructive actions, such as restoring a backup or resetting data, before confirming them.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fluxity to:
- harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully monitor people;
- send spam, malware, phishing material or illegal content;
- evade Discord enforcement or violate third-party rights;
- probe, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- resell or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
Your content and data
You retain your rights in content and configuration you submit. You grant Fluxity a limited permission to process, store and transmit that material solely to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
Third-party services
Fluxity integrates with services such as Discord, YouTube, Spotify, Twitch and Kick. Their availability, content and rules are outside our control, and your use of them remains subject to their respective terms. Fluxity is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
Availability and warranties
Fluxity is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep it reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, error-free backups or compatibility with every third-party change. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Fluxity operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost data, lost revenue or community disruption arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Fluxity at any time by removing the bot and ending your session. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect the service. Data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms as Fluxity changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Questions can be submitted through the official Fluxity support channels.
